Order process

~ 付款後發送轉賬收據給我們以便確認

~ 大概兩個星期後製作完成及寄出 , 寄出後會發送運送號碼給你

~ Contact us on whatapps or facebook message to confirm the style

~ Send the transfer receipt to us for confirmation after payment

~ It will take about two weeks for the production to be completed and sent, and the shipping number will be sent to you after sending

Product

~ 產品有機會與圖片有色差 , 圖片僅供參考

~ 由於木材天然，有機會花紋或顏色會與圖片有些微不同

~ 由於人手黏貼，有機會出現些微膠水痕跡

~ The product may have a color difference with the picture, the picture is for reference only

~ Due to the natural nature of the wood, there is a chance that the pattern or color may be slightly different from the picture

~ Due to manual sticking, there may be some traces of glue

Payment & Shipping

~ 價錢已包括運送 （只限英國）

~ 現時只接受銀行轉賬

~ 付款確認後，2星期內寄出 , 寄出後會提供包裹追蹤號碼

~ 運送大概2個工作天 （以Royal Mail為準)

~ 付款後請自行保留收據或截圖，以作記錄

~ Price includes shipping (UK only)

~ Currently only accept bank transfer

~ After payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 weeks, and the package tracking number will be provided after delivery

~ Delivery takes about 2 working days (subject to Royal Mail)

~ Please keep the receipt or screenshot for your records after payment

Refund and Replacement Arrangements

~ 收到後，煩請立即檢查，如有任何產品問題，請在收貨後3天內與我們聯絡（日期以Royal mail收貨日期為準)

~ 如收到後，發現損壞，3天內聯絡我們，我們會按照情況進行更換或退款

~ 如因為損壞以外問題，恕我們不能退換

~ After receiving it, please check it immediately. If you have any product problems, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods (the date is subject to the date of receipt by Royal mail)

~ If you find damage after receiving it, please contact us within 3 days, and we will replace or refund according to the situation
